Day 2 of Thailand: Grand Palace
After a much-needed rest on our very first day in Thailand, our itinerary for today was to visit the monumental array of buildings known as the Grand Palace. It is located at the heart of Bangkok, and to add to our incredulous minds about these colossal structures, this palace is also the residence of the monarch of this very own country.
The essence of these structures evoke a certain appreciation of Thai culture.
In these pictures, I wanted to emphasize the staggering craftsmanship, which separates this country’s culture from the world.
